Welcome to the VES Canadian Health and Dental Plan. The VES is offering an attractive extended health and dental plan to all VES members and employees of validated studios. The plan includes Prescription Drug coverage, Paramedicals (e.g. Chiropractor, Physio, Massage), and Travel Insurance. Dental coverage ranges from Basic checkups to Major coverage options.
The plan is available to all current VES members and employees of validated studios.
You will be eligible for benefits 60 days after joining the VES or a validated studio. You will then have 31 days to enroll without having to provide medical evidence.
The VES plan has seven distinct levels of coverage – Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald and Diamond.

Note: Applications received after the enrolment period (the 31 days following the end of the waiting period) may result in restricted benefits, medical questionnaires, pre-existing exclusions, etc.

To begin the enrolment process, please send us the following information:
After we review your information, you will receive an email to log in and complete your enrolment. The unique link in the email is tied to your personal information. You will be required to verify your identity using your name and date of birth. You will be able to review and select the plan option that best meets your needs.
Once the original forms have been received, a benefit package will be sent to your home with your “Benefits At A Glance” booklet, benefit statement, pay direct drug cards, and brochures on how to submit claims using the online system, or mobile app.
